PIRO'S PIZZA PLUS
CALZONESEach calzone is homemade and generously made with a variety of different fillings. Calzones can be sold whole (cold only), cut in 8 slices (regular sliced) or in 16 slices (party sliced).
They can be sold hot or cold.
For large orders or heated calzones, it is recommended that you call ahead of time to place your order.
Heating Instructions:
- Always cut the calzone first before you heat them.
- Put ½ calzone on 1 piece of aluminum foil and the other half on a second piece of foil and put on cookie sheet.
- Don’t pack the calzone too tightly because the outside will get dark while the inside remains cold.
- Put slice(s) or whole pie on a cookie sheet or place an oven rack.
- Heat on 425 degrees for 16-17 minutes (make sure the inside is warm).
- If you like a softer crust lightly cover the top with foil so the outside does not get as crisp.

Home made chicken cutlets hand dipped in a spicy buffalo sauce, topped with a tangy blue cheese dressing
Cold Cut
Hand sliced Italian cold cuts; ham, salami and mortadella, layered between a blend of cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, mustard and a hint of tomato sauce
Eggplant
Fresh eggplant are thinly sliced and breaded then layered with homemade tomato sauce and Romano cheese, slow baked until all the flavors melt together
Eggplant & Chicken
Eggplant calzone topped with substantial pieces of freshly breaded chicken cutlets
Ham & Cheese
Hand cut deli ham layered with mozzarella and cheddar cheese
Meatball
Hand rolled, homemade meatballs layered with our homemade sauce and special blend of cheeses
Chicken Parmesan
Baked, hand breaded chicken cutlets layered with our homemade sauce and blend of cheeses
Sausage
A combination and sweet and spicy sausage mixed with fresh cut bell peppers and onions, topped with our homemade sauce and cheese
Spinach
Spinach mixed with a blend of spices, olive oil and a three-cheese blend
Spinach & Chicken
Spinach calzone topped with substantial pieces of freshly breaded chicken cutlets
Steak & Cheese
Shaved steak mixed with a generous amount of peppers and onions, topped with American cheese
MEAT PIE/SPINACH PIE & COMBO PIES
Pies are sold by the slice or as a whole pie. All pies are cut into 8 pieces but customers can have order them to be party sliced, where each piece is cut in ½, creating 16 pieces.

Meat pie is made from fresh ground pork loin and mixed with spices, cooked onions, crushed tomato sauce, mushroom and topped with sharp provolone cheese and a mixture of black and katamala olives.
SPINACH PIE
Spinach pies are made with spinach mixed with spices, olive oil and a blend of cheese and mixture of black and katamala olives.
COMBO PIES
Combo Pies are a combination of meat and spinach in one pie.
PIRO’S PIZZA
The homemade dough is covered with a traditional pizza sauce topped with a blend of cheddar, mozzarella, provolone and Romano cheeses. In order to accommodate every customer, Piro’s authentic Sicilian Style Square Pan Pizza is sold hot, cold and even frozen.
- Full Tray: 20 slices (40 party slices)
- ½ Tray: 10 slices (20 party slices)

- Frozen pizza is sold in packages containing five slices of cheese pizza.

- Heat oven to 450 degrees and place pizza on cookie tray and heat for 5-7 minutes.
The pizza is ready when the cheese is melted.
